Karen joined the Little Jewels team as an assistant teacher in November of 2008, became a lead teacher, and is now the Director of Treasures at Corpus Christi. She was born and raised in Arkansas. She has been involved with children since 1984. She ran a daycare in her home for ten years, coached youth travel softball, JFL cheerleading, and is a proud life member of the Girl Scouts. Karen has a love for children that goes on forever! She has four lovely grandchildren and two grown daughters (and sons-in-law too)! Karen loves the Chicago Cubs, Pittsburgh Steelers, Blackhawks, and her favorite of all, dirt track races! Paige has been with Little Jewels since 2020. She has a great passion for children and learning. Paige makes her goal every day to learn something new and to make someone smile.

Genesis has been with Little Jewels since 2020. She is a student at ISU; her major is bilingual education. She loves to travel, coffee, reading, writing, and the color yellow. Genesis loves working with kids.

Amanda has been with Little Jewels since 2019. She is from Homer Glen, Illinois, and is a student at ISU. Amanda plans on getting a degree in physical education with a health education endorsement. After graduation, she plans on becoming an elementary PE teacher. Amanda is the second oldest child of four; in her spare time, she likes to work out, hang out with my friends, and try out new recipes.
