Snail Room

My name is Ms. Nana. I am a student at ISU studying English. I have worked around kids my entire life. I am aspiring to be a lawyer. At little Jewels I have experienced every room and age and fell in love with my spot in snails. I am very passionate when it comes to keeping our snail friends happy, safe, and engaged. My team here knows they can count on me. At home I enjoy reading, hanging out with friends, and doing various crafts.

I have been working in child care for more than 20 years with children of all ages; however infants have always held a special place in my heart. I have 4 adult sons of my own. I received my AAS in ECE in May of 2026 from Heartland Community College. I consider myself an essential oil hobbiest and enjoy making my own household cleaners, laundry supplies and personal products.

Hello! My name is Danielle, currently I am a student at Illinois State University and majoring in psychology. I have always loved working with children and took a class in high-school where I taught in our preschool. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends, reading, and exploring new places. I can’t wait to get to know your “little jewels”.
